Do I pay for the service through Chekiraj?
No. You pay the business directly, the same way you always have. Chekiraj is free for clients and doesn't take any commission.
Can I see free times without an account?
Yes. You can browse businesses, services and free times without signing in. To confirm a booking you need an account with a verified email.
Do my staff need their own accounts?
No. One business account manages everything. Staff are added to the calendar with their services and shifts, without logins.
How do I cancel a booking?
From your bookings, according to the cancellation rules each business shows on its profile. The business is notified right away.
What if I'm marked as a no-show by mistake?
You'll be notified and can dispute it. Our team reviews the case. A no-show is never shown publicly.
Which languages and countries are supported?
Chekiraj works worldwide, with times shown in the business's local time zone. More languages are added over time.
